6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The services are provided “as is” without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Razorpay is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to one month of fees paid for the services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Razorpay against claims, losses, and liabilities arising from your use of the platform or violation of terms.

9. Suspension and Termination

Razorpay may suspend or terminate services at its sole discretion under certain conditions including violation of terms or laws.

10. Prohibited Products and Services

Prohibited use includes but is not limited to: adult content, counterfeit goods, gambling, illegal drugs, and cryptocurrency-related services.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, wars, pandemics, or internet outages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Bangalore, India.
